About Rosaleen

Rosaleen Kavanagh has been acting since childhood and trained in improv at the famous Second City in Toronto. From musicals to commercials she has great versatility and range: her stage work includes How I Lost A Pound with ToyBox Productions at the Fringe Festival in 2013 and The Importance of Being Uncle Roscoe with Mississauga Players in 2010, alongside the CTV commercial Second Career in 2016 and campaign and stock-photography modelling. She works in both comedy and drama, in front of the camera and behind it.

She is the co-host and co-creator of TasteMasters, a six-episode arts-and-culture web series made with Jonathan Sikkema that visits artists, studios and creative spaces. As founder of Art Darling (artdarling.ca) she runs AI-assisted digital marketing for small businesses and exhibits her own abstract work, including the solo show Interpretations at TAP Centre for Creativity in London. Rosaleen was on the Railway City Improv roster in our early years, and she is super excited to share her skills and experiences with the company again.
